OMP3 - Installation Support FAQs

Here are a few Questions which may arise during installation:

1. Why my site does not return results and keep saying "Loading Results..Please wait"?

This is most likely because you have not replaced or correctly entered the value of your omp3 api key as well as omp3 webac key in Site administration panel

Each site is paired up with a unique combination of api key and webac .

So make sure you have entered correctly both of the values for your own website.

Each time you change your website path address in our api home , a new webac key is generated with it to keep the combination unique . You have to copy the new webac key each time and replace the old one whenever you do any webpath changes.




2. Where can i get the keys for my site?

When you complete a purchase, you need to verify transaction with us and we will send you files and your keys to the designated email address .




3. Is the theme customizable?

Yes, It is based on pure images and css you can make it look whatever you want to .

4. Where do i add my advert codes?

OMP3 version 4.0 comes with a more organized ad changing mechanism.Open the page advert.php inside the folder and then simply edit the code that you want to appear at different ad spots.
